In Italy, the so-called “Simplifications Decree 2019” (“Decree”) introduces, among others, rules on the legal validity of data stored on the blockchain.
The Council of Ministers approved the decree on October 16th 2018 with the obvious purpose of promoting innovation and new technologies.
